We Treat Your Houston Home Sale or Purchase Like It’s Our Own
What We Do
01
Buying
We help you find a home that fits your life, budget, and personality — not just one that photographs well on Zillow.
02
Selling
We market your house so well, your neighbors might “accidentally” ask for our card. (Don’t worry, we’ll act surprised.)
03
Leasing
We connect great people with great homes — no sketchy landlords, weird smells, or “vintage” appliances that belong in a museum.

Working with Jill was such a smooth and easy process. She is super quick and efficient, always on top of things, and made what could've been stressful feel simple.
She really knows her stuff when it comes to negotiating and managed to get me a great deal and saved me money in the process. On top of that, she connected me with an awesome loan officer, which made everything even easier. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend her!

We are so happy that we used Jill to help us buy our first house. The entire process went smoothly, and she was always available to answer all of the questions.
I told her that we I wanted to move in June/July & she was able to follow that timeline! She was there at our inspection, final walk-through, and closing. We never felt pressured or rushed during this process. Thank you for helping us close on our first house!"
- Kathy Huffman
I had an excellent experience leasing my house with Jill . She was professional, responsive, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process.
From listing to finalizing the lease, everything went smoothly and efficiently. They marketed my property well and found qualified tenants quickly. I highly recommend Jill to anyone looking to lease their home hassle-free!”

Houston Home Selling Process

The Chat
We don’t like the term “consultation” because it does not reflect how we do business. We care deeply about each of our clients so we want to know their story, their wins and struggles, what they love about their home and how much it means to them. We don’t want to throw the numbers and ask you to think about it. We want to talk to you about the values that you place in your home and how selling it will help you achieve your next life milestone. In this step, we will walk through the home, make sure we have the clarity of what it needs to sell for top dollars, your thoughts, concerns, and wishes.
You will hear from us again and again, either for market updates, new home search, local news… and we would love to hear about your next trip!

Prepping the house
03
Let’s make something clear. We don’t want you to sign a listing agreement with us just to put a sign in your yard. We want to provide a great experience so you can’t stop talking about us to your friends and family. Our goal is to make the sale as smooth as possible, with the least amount of stress on your end, and with a smart and data driven strategy. We will be brutally honest about your home valuation and your responsibilities. There is no point to sugar coat anything just for you to, later on, learn the hard truth from the potential buyers who would have put in an offer if the house condition were different.

We usually advise our clients to have at least 20% down. But many buyers today put down as little as 3–5%, depending on the loan type. We’ll help you connect with lenders who can walk you through all the options.

What are closing costs, and how much should I expect?
Think of closing costs as the fine print of homeownership — typically 2–4% of your loan amount. They cover lender fees, title insurance, and other not-so-fun grown-up things. We’ll break them down for you so there are no surprises.

Depends! New homes mean fewer repairs but usually smaller lots, higher price per square footage and higher taxes. Older homes come with character (and sometimes, “character-building” projects). We’ll help you weigh the pros and cons based on your goals and budget.
