Houston homeowners look at Zillow all the time. Sellers, buyers, neighbors, everyone. And while it’s tempting to trust that number, especially when it looks good, Zillow doesn’t actually know your home. Or your neighborhood. Or how buyers in Houston think.

Condition Matters More Than Sellers Think

Zillow can’t see:

  • old roofs
  • foundation work from years ago
  • DIY upgrades
